Leon Dixon serves as Director of Acquisitions and is responsible for deal sourcing, structuring, underwriting and financing for all multifamily transactions.
Before joining Myers Apartment Group, he served as Director of Acquisitions for Rivergate Companies. Collectively, he has executed over half a billion in multifamily and self-storage transactions in his 10-year career.
Leon earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St Thomas University and an MBA from Nova South Eastern University.
He spends most of his spare time golfing and rooting for the Miami Heat.
